Visa related to Korea Any visitors who enter Korea needs to have a visa whether his/her purpose of entry is to work, travel or study. A visa is affixed to the passport. Those who fall under one of the special cases specified in the Immigration Law are exempt from visa requirements. However, having a visa does not necessarily mean anyone with a visa can enter the Republic of Korea. In Korea, a visa indicates a consul's recommended action for a foreigner's entry. Thus, during the entry inspection, if immigration officers find a foreigner does not meet the requirements of entry, the foreigner's entry can be rejected at discretion.

Types of visas

● Single visa      only one entry is allowed within the term (Single visa is valid for three months from the date of issue)     ● Multiple visa     an individual can enter the country two or more times within the term.

이전 관련매물 다음 관련매물 관련매물 (1/1) 전남 아파트 매매 342만원 ↑0.01% 전세 231만원 ↑0.03% 광양효성아파트 광양시 광양읍 46.28㎡2,600 만원 더보기 보안문제나 사생활 침해 때문에 수요자의 외면을 받았던 아파트 저층이 변신하고 있다. 1~2층 등 아파트 저층은 그동안 집값도 상대적으로 약세였다. 하지만 최근 건설사들이 톡톡 튀는 아이디어를 동원해 '미운 오리'였던 아파트 저층을 '백조'로 탈바꿈시키고 있다. 아파트 저층의 변신은 설계에서 두드러진다. 보안문제나 사생활 침해는 최대한 막으면서 장점은 극대화하는 특화 설계가 속속 선보이고 있는 것이다. 우미건설이 전남 목포에 짓는 '우미 파렌하이트' 아파트는 1층과 2층에 최대 20㎡(6평)의 '비(非)확장 발코니'를 서비스 면적으로 제공해 화단 등으로 꾸밀 수 있도록 설계했다. 3층은 2층의 '비확장 발코니' 지붕을 테라스처럼 쓸 수 있도록 만들었다. 물론 분양가에 포함되지 않은 서비스 공간이다. 코오롱건설이 대구에서 분양한 '수성못 코오롱 하늘채'는 저층을 고령자나 장애인들은 좋아한다는 점에 착안해 고령 입주자를 위해 1층 가구에서 공용 홀을 거치지 않고 바로 현관 출입이 가능하도록 전용 현관문을 뒀다. 대림산업은 '평촌 e편한세상'에 오렌지 로비를 선보였다. 통상 1층 가구와 같은 높이에 설치되는 엘리베이터 로비를 1.5m 정도 낮게 만들어 1층 입주자들이 엘리베이터 소음에 시달리지 않도록 배려했다. 아예 새로운 평면 개발도 한창이다. [이데일리TV 김정훈 PD] 계속되는 전세난 속에도 이사철을 맞아 전·월세 이사는 늘어나고 있다. 이에 따라 전세와 관련된 사기 사건이나 분쟁 사례도 같이 증가하는 추세다. 부동산 전문 박경준 변호사와 전·월세 계약 시에 주의할 점에 대해서 자세히 알아봤다. Q: 전세와 관련된 피해를 막기 위해서 계약 당시 꼼꼼하게 살펴봐야 할 사항은?  A: 우선 소유자와 직접 계약을 체결하는 것이 가장 안전하다. 가끔 소유자의 배우자나 자녀가 임대차계약을 맺으러 나오는 경우가 있다. 소유자가 아닌 소유자의 가족이 나온다면 곧 대리인의 자격이 된다. 대리자와 계약을 할 때는 대리권한을 확인해야 한다. 소유자의 인감증명서와 인감도장이 날인된 위임장을 지참했는지 확인하고 소유자 본인과 직접 통화를 해보는 것이 좋다. Q: 계약하려는 주택의 상태도 중요할 것 같다. 피해야 할 임차주택이 있다면?  A: 일반적으로 주택을 직접 보고 계약을 하므로 물적인 하자가 있는지 대충은 확인하게 된다. 그러나 주택에 권리상 하자가 있는지도 자세히 살펴볼 필요가 있다. 부동산중개인을 통해 거래한다면 보통 부동산중개인이 등기부등본이나 건축물대장을 확인시켜주기 때문에 그나마 문제가 적지만 인터넷을 통한 직거래 같은 경우 이를 직접 확인해야 한다. 가압류나 가등기, 근저당권설정등기 등이 되어 있는지 확인하고 특히 임대인이 너무 많은 금액의 근저당권설정등기를 해놓았다면 보증금을 반환받는 것이 곤란할 수도 있고 임대인이 이자 납부를 하지 않아 근저당권에 따른 경매가 진행될 수 있으니 피하는 것이 좋다. Q: 임대기간이 종료되어 이사를 나가야 하는데 집주인이 보증금을 내어주지 않아 이사를 못 가는 경우도 있다. 이럴 때는 어떻게 대처해야 하나?  A: 주택임대차보호법상의 우선변제력은 주택에 거주하면서 주민등록을 유지해야 보호받을 수 있다. 가능하다면 소송이 아닌 협의에 의해 보증금을 반환받는 것이 좋지만 만일 임대인이 보증금을 반환할 능력이 없는데 다른 임차인도 구하지 못하고 있다면 보증금반환청구소송을 제기할 수 있다. 그리고 먼저 이사를 나와야 할 상황이라면 임차권등기명령제도를 이용하여 임차주택에 임차권등기를 해놓고 이사 후 보증금반환청구소송을 제기하면 된다. Q: 임대계약을 연장할 때 꼭 점검해야 할 점이 있다면?  A: 계약을 연장할 때는 다시 등기부등본을 떼어서 권리의 변동이 있는지 확인하는 것이 중요하다. 특히 요즘은 임대인과 임차인의 거주지가 달라 세입자가 집주인의 생활 상황을 정확히 알지 못하는 경우가 많기 때문이다. 주택이 상속되거나 증여가 되어 임대인의 지위에 변동이 생기는 경우가 있으므로 등기부등본을 다시 확인한 후 정확히 임대인이 누구인지 살펴볼 필요가 있다. 더 자세한 내용은 9월 27일 방송된 이데일리TV(  http://www.edailytv.co.kr

건설업계 해외 플랜트시장서 잇단 '낭보'(종합)

SK건설은 미국 엔지니어링기업 쇼그룹과 컨소시엄을 구성, 이집트 민간기업 카본홀딩스가 발주한 에틸렌 석유화학단지 건설 프로젝트에 참여키로 했다. 공사금액이 35억달러(약 3조7000억원)에 달하는 초대형 공사다. 그동안 설계·구매·시공분야에만 참여한 것과 달리 이번에는 시운전·유지관리·기술교육 및 지분투자 금융지원까지 프로젝트 전반을 수행하는 게 특징이다. ↑삼성물산 건설부문이 수주한 6억 달러 규모 복합화력발전소 공사 설계도 삼성물산 건설부문이 UAE의 알루미늄 생산기업 에말로부터 수주한 에말2단계 알루미늄 제련공장 전용 복합화력발전소 건설공사는 타윌라산업단지 제2알루미늄 제련공장에 연간 1023㎿의 전력을 생산할 수 있는 발전프로젝트다. 대림산업이 수주에 성공한 사우디 석유화학플랜트 프로젝트는 동부 주베일산업단지에 석유화학공장을 건설하는 공사다. 이처럼 이어지는 해외공사 수주 소식에 국내 건설업계의 해외수주 실적도 순항하고 있다. 해외건설협회에 따르면 올들어 이날 현재까지 국내건설사들의 해외수주액은 347억6900만달러에 달한다. 통상 수주가 상반기보다 하반기에 집중되는 점을 감안하면 올 한해 전체 수주액이 600억달러를 넘을 것이라고 협회는 내다봤다. 김종현 해외건설협회 사업지원본부 이사는 "중동국가의 라마단 기간이 끝나 행정업무가 원활해지고 있어 그동안 미뤄왔던 수주계약이 하반기에 집중될 가능성이 높다"며 "토목이나 건축 중심의 수주 경향을 보인 과거와 달리 수익성이 향상될 것으로 전망된다"고 말했다. 해건협, 해외건설 타당성분석 전문가 과정 개최 SK건설, 이집트서 3.7조 플랜트 수주 삼성물산, UAE서 6억달러 복합화력발전소 수주
